Website Setup & Business Formation Services
• The cost of initial website setup and/or business formation services is included in the agreed-upon package price.
• Any ongoing or recurring costs (including but not limited to hosting, domains, platform subscriptions, email services, plugins, registered agent fees, state filing renewals, or third-party tools) are the sole responsibility of the client.
• Purposeful Press is not responsible for managing, paying, or renewing subscriptions or recurring fees on the client’s behalf unless otherwise stated in writing.

Production & Quality
• We carefully inspect all products and strive to deliver the highest quality with every order.
• Purposeful Press is not responsible for manufacturer defects in apparel, merchandise blanks, or materials provided by third-party suppliers.

Sizing & Fit
• Customers are responsible for selecting correct sizes.
• We are not responsible for sizing issues once items are produced.
• We strongly recommend reviewing size charts before placing your order.

Final Sale
• Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final.
• No refunds or exchanges on custom items.
