Payment Policy

• Full payment is required before any work begins.

• Orders will not be started, produced, or scheduled until payment is received in full.

• Once production has begun, all payments are non-refundable.

Design Proofing & Revision Policy

• All custom orders include a digital proof for client approval prior to production.

• Clients are responsible for reviewing proofs carefully for accuracy, including spelling, layout, colors, and sizing.

• Two (2) rounds of revisions are included per design.

• Additional revisions beyond the included two rounds may incur an additional fee.

• Approval of a final proof confirms authorization to proceed with production. Purposeful Press is not responsible for errors after final approval.

Website Setup & Business Formation Services

• The cost of initial website setup and/or business formation services is included in the agreed-upon package price.

• Any ongoing or recurring costs (including but not limited to hosting, domains, platform subscriptions, email services, plugins, registered agent fees, state filing renewals, or third-party tools) are the sole responsibility of the client.

• Purposeful Press is not responsible for managing, paying, or renewing subscriptions on the client’s behalf unless otherwise stated in writing.

Production & Quality

• All products are carefully inspected prior to delivery.

• Purposeful Press is not responsible for manufacturer defects, variations in material, or issues related to third-party suppliers.

• Minor color variations may occur due to screen settings and printing processes.

Sizing & Fit

• Customers are responsible for selecting correct sizes.

• We are not responsible for sizing issues once items are produced.

• Size charts should be reviewed prior to ordering.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Once design work has begun, design fees are non-refundable.

• Once production has started, orders may not be canceled or refunded.

• Due to the custom nature of our services, all custom orders are final sale.

Final Sale Policy

• All custom products and services are final sale.

• No refunds or exchanges are offered on custom items unless there is a verified production error caused by Purposeful Press.
