The Harvey Unity Classic

Theme: Printing Progress, Playing for Peace.

The Vision

To create a high-impact, family-friendly event where the Harvey Police Department and Harvey Residents compete in a friendly softball game. The goal is to replace barriers with bases and foster mutual respect.

Purposeful Press’s Role (Social Impact Integration)

As a branding and education hub , we will leverage our "Event Brand-in-a-Box" capabilities to ensure the event looks and feels professional:

Uniforms: Custom-designed "HPD" and "Harvey All-Stars" jerseys

Promotion: Professional flyers, yard signs, and digital assets to drive city-wide attendance.

Engagement: A "Unity Banner" where residents and officers can sign their names as a commitment to a safer Harvey.

Proposed Logistics

Venue: local high school field (pending city approval).

Teams: Team HPD: Officers designated by the Chief.

Team Community: A mix of local business owners, residents, and community leaders.

Timeline:

Phase 1 (May): Secure date and permits.

Phase 2 (June): Open community player registration and launch marketing.

Phase 3 (July): Game Day.
